SlackTide Breathing is an Apple Watch-only guided breathing exercise app focused on the 4-7-8 method.
The app collects basic, anonymized telemetry data such as app launch counts, session duration, and feature usage. This data is fully anonymized, contains no personal identifiers, and cannot be tied back to you as an individual. The app has no login and does not collect location, HealthKit data, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers.
The app stores only your selected breathing goal (3 / 5 / 10 / Continuous) locally on your Apple Watch to remember your preference. This setting is not transmitted off your device.
The app uses TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to collect anonymized telemetry. TelemetryDeck does not collect personal data or track you across apps. No advertising services are used.
The app does not track you across apps and websites and does not use IDFA for tracking.
Apple may collect device or crash diagnostics depending on your device settings. This is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy practices.
If our privacy practices change, we will update this policy and revise the effective date.
